Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sign up online?
no, you will need to download a
registration form and mail it in
1.) Who do I make check out to?
Lebanon Upward Basketball
2.) What is the next step after we sign up?
Everyone must attend one of
the evaluation nights at the Praise and Worship
Center Gym located on Miller Rd. in Lebanon.
Corresponding dates for the evaluation nights are
located on the registration form as well as the home
page.
3.) What is evaluation night, and how long will we
be there?
Each basketball player will be evaluated through
a series of drills in order to determine overall
ability. This is not a tryout. Every child who
signs up will participate with equal playing
time. Cheerleaders and basketball players will need
to try on sample uniforms during this time in order
to confirm the size indicated on the registration
form. If you have pre-registered, the average time
for the entire process for each child is
approximately 15-30 minutes.

Yes. Each child must be at least 5 years old
and attending Kindergarten this school year.

during the season?
Check out the website for updates on any
cancellation of games. If there are any other
scheduling issues, please contact your coach.

All Upward
practices will be held on either
Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evening. Every team

older ones. Unless a sibling is in the same
age group, we cannot guarantee they will be cheering
or playing in the same gym.

Scheduled picture times for each team will be
released the first week of games.

practice night and time?
Coaches should be contacting you by the end of

November 30th, please contact

10.) When will my child receive his/her uniform?
The first week of
practices, Dec. 3rd, each child should
receive his/her uniform. Please have your child try
on the uniforms that week!!! Parents please let coaches know if their are uniform
issues so we can be prepared ahead of time for the
number of uniforms that need exchanged.
